Returns & Privacy Policy

1. Items may be returned to Fairy Lights AUS within 7 days as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase must also be provided.
All items bought from Fairy Lights AUS are covered by a 12-month manufacturing guarantee. Products with a manufacturing fault will be replaced by Fairy Lights AUS. Items will not be replaced that have been damaged by the customer after purchase.

2. Fairy lights AUS will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any third parties. Any information by which you can be identified will only be used in direct communication with Fairy Lights AUS. From time to time Fairy Lights AUS may request personal details for marketing purposes.
